Dear Fellow Traveler,

I am delighted to offer The Way Forward as a transformative opportunity to further God’s kingdom in the lives of God’s people and the body of Christ’s church.  As so often happens, we give back in thanks for all that God has given us.  I was born and raised outside of faith, but God never stopped reaching out to me in spite of my unbelief.  When I found myself in need, God picked me up and led me back to the faith that is our birthright.

Now I find myself in awe of God’s presence everywhere – in our success and our failure, in our joy and our sorrow, in our clarity and, yes, even in our confusion.  I have learned from my own experience that God meets us where we are and leads us to ever-greater success, joy, and clarity when we ask.  Of course, God never expected us to go it alone ~ Abraham had Sarah, Moses had Aaron, and Jesus had the disciples.  We have one another, and I am here to offer myself to you as your companion:  coach, spiritual director, and retreat leader.

Professionally, I bring training and experience to the role.  My BA in anthropology is from Temple University, my MEd in Elementary Education is from Lehigh University, my Pennsylvania Administrator’s Certificate is from Penn State University, and my MDiv is from Lancaster Theological Seminary.  My coach’s training is from Coaching4Clergy in Boyertown, PA, my Spiritual Director’s training from Mariawald Renewal Center in Reading, PA, and foundational training in Gestalt Pastoral Care from Gestalt Pastoral Care Ecumenical Associates.  I have been the teacher-founder-Head of School of a faith-based elementary school, a public elementary school teacher, a public school principal, a retreat leader, a spiritual director, and a parish pastor.  With experience in teaching, preaching, team building, visioning, goal-setting, renewal, and conflict resolution (“sacred speaking and holy listening”), I am here to be a companion on your journey.  Be sure to take advantage of a free, complimentary coaching or spiritual direction session to determine if we are meant to walk together.
